About us

 

We are a member group of the national charity Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA).

 

Our West Cumbria group offers therapeutic pony riding to primary school children with learning difficulties/disabilities from across our West Cumbria area, providing opportunities for improving communication, confidence, self-esteem, balance and co-ordination whilst having fun.

 

We currently cater for groups from schools in Whitehaven, Workington and Maryport at our venue in Whitehaven.
